Helping individuals and families improve their financial well-being
Financial Stability Programs (FSP) help individuals and families improve their financial well-being by increasing
their income, building their savings and eventually gaining and sustaining assets.
The programs also serve as a clearinghouse for finance-related information and
work to facilities financial education and access to mainstream financial products.
Collaboration with partners in the business, education, faith and non-profit
communities enables us to increase our impact and achieve better outcomes. We

York County Circles™
The initiative partners volunteers and community leaders with families with low
incomes to provide friendship, networking and skills essential to building financial
resources and to empower people from all economic classes to work together to
identify systemic barriers that keep people from getting ahead.
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Program) York, PA
The York county VITA Program provides free income tax preparation by certified
tax preparers for low-income households. Appointment scheduling will begin again
on January 10, 2011.
